Description

Camp involves martial arts, yoga, strategy games and more. Children will be immersed in a daily routine that is engaging physically and mentally. Children will learn a variety of games and martial art techniques. Yoga will also strengthen the core and help with self-regulation, teaching tools around meditation and breathing. Most importantly, children will have a great time.
